T. Bailey Growth Fund

 
The T. Bailey Growth Fund is designed specifically to deliver long-term capital growth. We invest only in equities and the fund is normally fully invested. To reflect the fact that most of our investors are based in the UK and have Sterling liabilities (whether these are pension requirements, school fees or other more enjoyable expenditure) around 40% of the assets of the T. Bailey Growth Fund are invested in the UK. However, to take advantage of opportunities that exist outside the UK and to provide some diversification benefits, the remainder of the portfolio is invested in other equity markets.
 
For tax efficiency the fund is run as an Authorised Unit Trust which permits switches within the fund to be made without incurring capital gains tax. The fund has two unit classes. The Retail units are designed for individual investors and the Institutional units have been tailored for institutions and larger investments. The fund is also eligible for ISA investments / transfers and PEP transfers and the Retail units are also available as part of a regular savers scheme.
