Jess joined T. Bailey in January 2005 after graduating from Nottingham University where she read Geography. She began her career at T. Bailey by providing general support for the Operations Team which involved working closely with a variety of departments (including Fund Accounting, Marketing and Client Services) in order to gain insight and understanding of the business as a whole, before completing the IAQ and specialising in her chosen area of Client Service. Jess is extremely experienced in all areas of transfer agency and has been fundamental in helping to build the current team. In addition to her general day-to-day duties, she is responsible for co-ordinating regulatory reporting, fund distributions and statutory client communications.
