Michelle originally joined T. Bailey in 2007 as an Investment Analyst and worked in the Investment Team for 18 months before moving across to Marketing. The experience Michelle gained whilst part of the Investment Team was an ideal base for the Marketing role as Michelle has in depth knowledge of how the T. Bailey funds are structured and why the funds work. Prior to joining T. Bailey, in her gap year from university, Michelle worked as a trainee paraplanner supporting three IFAs. Michelle has a BA Honours degree in Business and Financial Services and has also completed the IAQ.
