Ria came to T. Bailey in 2007 and brought with her a wealth of “client facing” experience. In addition to the IAQ, she holds a certificate in financial planning which reflects her involvement with product advice and selling in previous roles, both with Lloyds Private Banking in Jersey and RBS in Nottingham. However, though Ria has significant experience and understanding of both customer care and selling, it is the former which drives and motivates her hence her decision to move to T. Bailey, where she is able to devote all her energies to providing superior quality service for all T. Bailey clients; Ria’s main areas of focus are dealing and registration, platform liaison and process improvements.
