We measure the T. Bailey Equity Income Fund against the FTSE All-Share Index (total return). Our managers look to outperform this index in two ways.
Firstly, by delivering a yield that is at least 110% of that of the FTSE All-Share Index. And secondly, on a total return basis (which covers both income and capital growth).
